Suitable for use ON or OFF CAMERA with most flashes fitted with Industry Standard ISO hot shoe foot (NOT Minolta type).
Provides a female "Nikon screwlock"* PC sync connection for OFF CAMERA flash mounting, using our cold shoe tripod adapter (sold seperately).
It can also be used on-camera to provide a pc to hot shoe flash connection if the camera has a pc port and insulated cold/accessory shoe (additional lead required).
*The "Nikon Screwlock PC" connector is an improvement on the standard Prontor Compur (PC) as it has a screw down locking ring to secure it in place. These days it is found on a wide variety of photographic equipment including Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Minolta, etc.
